We are looking for a Customer Care Administrator to join our busy team at our Kapiti Coast factory.

Making and distributing REAL GOOD FOOD needs REAL GOOD PEOPLE and we have an opportunity for a Customer Care Administrator to join our busy team, ensuring our goods get to our customers on time.
About the role
This is a hands-on role that is all about looking after our customers’ orders… while dabbling in some logistics too! Orders are received electronically and by email daily – your role would be to ensure these orders are processed efficiently and within agreed tight customer timeframes. You’ll coordinate the collation and distribution of orders in conjunction with the dispatch team, manage credits & claims, manage customer feedback, and generally pitch in where needed.
While this is a part time role, there are options and flexibility around these hours (with some core hours too). The core hours will be:
Sundays: 8am-1pm
Thursdays: 8am – 4pm
We are open to some flexibility with the remaining hours which we currently think will be:
Mondays 8am – 1pm
Fridays: 8am – 4pm
Specific hours for the successful candidate can be discussed and agreed at the interview (it’s worth noting that our factory operates 12 hours a day, 7 days a week).
About you
You will have a great can-do attitude and enjoy working hard
You won’t get flustered; but will enjoy working under pressure in a past paced environment
You will take pride in your work and be willing, able and driven to learn
You’ll be a true team player – a key member of a small busy team
Knowledge of pick pack and dispatch processes, FMCG, Manufacturing or Food Service would be an advantage but not essential
You’ll possess excellent computer skills (proficient with Microsoft office suite and ability to use ERP systems – we use NetSuite)
You feel at home and know the true value of working in a team
You have great problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt as required to manage order related issues
You are comfortable and confident working autonomously
You will have NZ residency or valid NZ work visa
